Your data rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Your data is yours. Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data (floor plans, report, contact details).
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer.
